These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dosi application and website (the “Service”) operated by 3WB Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Dosi, you agree to these Terms.
Dosi is an educational and personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any health protocol.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dosi. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heydosi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Paid features require a subscription billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or directly via Stripe on the web. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before that period ends.
7-day free trial: Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will start automatically at the price disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation: You can cancel a web (Stripe) subscription at any time at heydosi.com/billing. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — you keep premium access through the period you have already paid for. App-store subscriptions are managed in Apple Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions.
Plan changes: Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of your current yearly period — you keep the yearly plan for the time you have already paid for, then bill monthly thereafter.
Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, all charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Yearly subscribers will not receive partial refunds for unused time on a yearly term. App-store purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Dosi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3WB Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dosi, including any health decisions made based on information in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dosi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
