“Whether a patient is managing their own GLP-1 titration or a provider is overseeing a hundred of them — the gap between clinical visits has always been a black box. Dosi closes it. Better adherence between visits means better outcomes, full stop.”

Founder & CEO — St. Augustine, FL

Dean White built Dosi around a single observation: the gap between clinical visits is where protocols fail. Whether it's a GLP-1 titration schedule, an IVF medication window, a TRT cycle, or a peptide stack — the critical work happens between appointments, and there was no purpose-built tool to support it from either side of the patient-provider relationship.

His focus for Dosi is outcomes through structure. Patients who stay adherent get better results. Providers whose patients stay adherent have better panels. Dosi gives both sides the same clinical-grade tools — dose scheduling, PK modeling, injection-site rotation, reconstitution math, and an AI layer that answers protocol questions in plain language — without the billing overhead of a managed care platform.

Mission & Foundation

Dosi’s mission is to close the gap between clinical visits across every major injectable treatment pathway — GLP-1, TRT, HRT, IVF and fertility, peptides, growth hormone, nootropics, and longevity compounds. Better adherence between appointments means better outcomes. Dosi delivers that structure to patients directly and to providers managing patient panels — without the overhead of a managed care platform.

The Dosi Foundation (forming, 503b) is focused on providing free, grant-funded health trackers to the public. The Foundation’s free surfaces — glucose, body composition, and plate / nutrition tracking — are covered by grant revenue rather than subscription fees, ensuring they stay free regardless of whether a user upgrades to Dosi Premium.

The 185-compound peptide dataset that powers Dosi is open-sourced under CC BY-NC 4.0 so that researchers, developers, and healthcare providers can build on it freely.

About Dosi

Dosi is a protocol tracking and management platform for injectable health regimens — GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide), TRT, HRT, IVF and fertility medications, peptides, growth hormone, nootropics, and longevity compounds. It works from both directions: patients can self-onboard and manage their own protocols, or a provider can onboard and manage their patient panel directly through the platform.

The core problem Dosi solves is the gap between clinical visits. Most protocols unfold over weeks between appointments — GLP-1 titration steps, fertility medication windows, peptide stacks — with no structured tool to track adherence, dose timing, or side effects. Dosi puts clinical-grade science in patients' pockets: a 185+ compound research database, pharmacokinetic (PK) blood-concentration curves, injection-site rotation via a body-map, reconstitution math (BAC water, IU/mg conversions), and an AI assistant called Ask Dosi that answers protocol questions in plain language.

The free tier covers everything most patients need to get started. Premium ($9.99/mo or $49.99/yr on the App Store) unlocks deeper compound research data, advanced insights, and unlimited dose history.

Dosi is built by a small team based in St. Augustine, Florida. The compound dataset that powers the app is open-sourced under CC BY-NC 4.0 at github.com/hdeanwhitebot/peptide-database.
