These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dosi application and website (the "Service") operated by 3WB Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Dosi, you agree to these Terms.
Dosi is an educational and personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any health protocol.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dosi. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heydosi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Paid features require a subscription. Dosi Premium includes a 14-day free trial: your payment method is collected at signup, but you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at your selected monthly or annual rate and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime — during the trial to avoid any charge, or afterward to stop future renewals — via Account then Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or directly via Stripe. Refund requests are handled per the applicable store's refund policy; charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Dosi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3WB Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dosi, including any health decisions made based on information in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dosi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
